Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service between you and Plexe Ltd ("Plexe AI", "we", "us"). It sets out the rules that govern your use of our services. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. All capitalised terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

1. Unacceptable Use

You must not use (or allow others to use) the Services to:

Break the law – including storing, processing, or transmitting content that violates applicable laws, infringes rights, or breaches export controls or sanctions.

Harm others – including harassment, abuse, incitement to violence, child exploitation, or content that promotes discrimination, self-harm, or suicide.

Compromise security or integrity – including introducing malware, disrupting systems, bypassing security, probing infrastructure, or attempting unauthorised access.

Deceive or defraud – including impersonation, phishing, scams, false claims, or misrepresentation.

Overload or misuse infrastructure – including bypassing usage limits, overconsuming compute, or deploying unstable workloads that degrade platform reliability.

Send spam or abuse networks – including bulk messaging, scraping, or proxying abusive traffic.

Misuse AI capabilities – including generating unlawful or misleading content, bypassing safety systems, or deploying outputs in high-risk contexts (e.g. healthcare, finance, employment) without oversight.

Violate data protection obligations – including processing personal data without a valid legal basis or required safeguards under applicable privacy laws.

2. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may take any action necessary to address abuse, including:

Disabling models, processes, or content;

Suspending or terminating your Account;

Preserving or disclosing information to regulators or legal authorities.

You agree to cooperate with us during investigations and to promptly address any violation. We are not liable for losses resulting from good-faith enforcement actions.

3. No Monitoring Guarantee

We do not proactively monitor all activity or content. However, we may investigate specific incidents or reports of misuse, and act where necessary to protect our platform or users.

4. Updates and Reporting

We may update this AUP from time to time. The latest version will always be available at www.plexe.ai/acceptable-use-policy. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
